I have just received word that the Bug Run Sunday May 15 was rescheduled due to the weather forecast.
The New date is July 10Sorry for short notice Here is the posting on US131 Motor Sports Park web site www.us131msp.comSunday's 4th Annual Spring Bug Run has been rescheduled to Sunday, July 10. "The weather forecasted has gotten worse as the week as progressed," said Stephanie Peterson Marketing/Media Relations Director. Peterson continued, "We have participants traveling from other states and Canada for this event and we want to be mindful of that fact."

If there is any chance of OK weather does anyone still want to get together on Sunday? My weekend was planed around the Bug Run!!!!! I may still show up there on Sunday to see if anyone didn't get the news

In future we might want to schedule a rain date for the next Spring Bug Runs.
For example
Spring Bug Run
May XX 2012
Rain day
XXXX XX 2012
This way we can reschedule the show at short notice without fear of people becoming upset from having to drive long distances.

I'm coming down,but I may just Show instead of racing Black Ice. Sunday I raced Hillman Street Drags and I made a cpl. 7.9 second passes @91mph  Then a Friend crashed and lost his life in a Chevette with a Big Block in it  ,ask me later for the details,see you GoodVolks on Sunday,Madmike |
