OK Boys & Girls , In the past I have posted about one of the Good Old Boys here in South Haven , He owned and ran his own VW shop for 40 years . We talked about this @ the GTG , I asked him about some of us getting to do a walk thru his shop , shelves , and or out back . This didn't go over to good ," But " There's that But again , If you make up a Christmas Wish List for this year , next year, or in 5 years , of things that you would love to find in "OEM , NOS " or used parts that he may have laying around , Like I said he is an much older man and we all have forgot thing like locations of some things . With a list that I can give to him , He can start to locate and save for you till your ready for it , So that you get it and not someone else . Or he says sorry I don't have that and you look somewhare else . You all start Wishing an Listing and I'll start printing and asking . Have Fun This is YOUR CHRISTMAS WISH LIST time to go WILD

Ok Glen I will go first....
A Driver Side Floor Pan for a 1969 Ghia to replace the Fiberglass one
Various rust repair panels for the same Ghia
Clear Hella Front Turn Signal Lenses clearer than the ones I have
Hella European Tail Lights with the amber turn signals on top for the Ghia
Black Coat Hooks with seat belt hanger
Black Sun Visors with Black Hardware
Well thats my list of the stuff I would like for the Ghia. Someday when I find my Bus I can add to the list.

Glen, anything for a Thing Type 181. Alot of stuff is the same as a beetle, but some is specific to the Thing as in the 73 only Fan Shroud,73 Breast plate, Ball joints, CV's, axles, Trans Axle, Parcel tray (bambo), gas heater bn4 (timer, fuel pump exhaust shroud), 73 exhaust that exits through the bumper, rear veiw mirror, etc. etc and etc. Thanks Kenn

This is a great idea, I would be looking for a good set of wheels to use on a Baja. Not stock wheels either steel off road wheels or aluminum off road wheels.

4 bolt, 15" 5-6" fronts 7-8" rear,
Also looking for late Super Vert seats. The kind with the adjustable headrest and all red 73+ taillights.

OK Boys & Girls , I gave Santa a copy of your lists , He smiled and asked if you all have been good and I told him ya sure . Ghia parts yes some and a 1971 in ruff shape less motor & tranny, Thing parts the same yes some , 1967 bug parts the same some , He has the list and checking it twice then packing his bag . He also said he has a 1964 Ghia but sorry that's going to be mine soon so don't ask . More updates soon . Glen

I need an internal door latch, right side for a 2 trigger ghia door 71 or later should do it.
