Follow the link and give him a call, price goes up with each color and such, but his prices are always reasonable. He also uses like 1/8" sheet metal and makes signs and stuff (like a sign with your family's house) Theres a link on his website (Signs) The Nawrocki is the one he made for me.

Made it so that when I turn on the headlamps the wires now dont glow red hot!!! I found that there was a relay that was wired incorrectly. Anyway I was admiring my work and was real proud of myself till I noticed that the licence plate lamp is now inop!!!! ACK!!! Will it ever all just work? Right now Im ok with just having non combustible wiring.

Repaired Allys Mullet muffler and converted the voltage to it to 6v so I dont burn out the motor again. Next Im adding an o2 sensor for tuning purposes, allready installed the fuel ratio gage.

Found where the idle jets were last night. Hard to read the # on the one so I took out another one and woulnd ya know it I broke an ear off of the jet!!! It turns out the idle jet was a 60 which it should be a 55. SOOOO I ordered a 55 idle a 145 main and 210 air's and since I ordered em from appletree (in michigan) hopefully they get here soon as Ally is down till then. Then its just a matter of retuning everything. Jets are 100.00 every time I do this so I hope this is it. every jet is like 7 bucks x 12 that I need every time. well its cheaper than all the gas Im wasting and the power Im loosing.

Tested the voltage at the mullet muffler and its like 4 volts perfect! I was shooting for 5 but 4v is better as it still works and is not going to overheat with just 4v. see I thought it out this time

Jets are in... took to the us131 bug ron for a test drive 160 miles each way. No problems there at all. But an interesting ride home. The good news is I did some calculations and I got 22mpg which is an Ally post 2276 record! On the bad news there was this noise on the way home. Couldnt put my finger on it and it didnt make the noise at speed just at idle to 1500rpm. Well I stopped and looked and everything seemed ok so I pressed on. It got real bad 1 mile from the house, Again I pressed on. Opened the engine cover in the garage with it running and saw that the crank pulley bolt was missing and the pully was wobbling around a bit. With luck a new pulley and sand seal aught to cover it. Hopefully no other damage done. It was an aluminum pully so Im pretty sure it didnt hurt the crank. We shall see after everthing cools off.

VERY bad news. Well I did get a nice shiney new pully and bolt and sand seal and proceded to get it back together. Just for S&G's I ran the motor without the pully on (after Guru Green gave me the go ahead) and the motor still is rattling/clanking. SO.... this means that the flywheel is indeed loose which caused enough vibration to damage the front flywheel and who knows what else. I will begin the removial of the engine soon Best case scenario is that the flywheel and dowl pins and crank holes for the dowl pins and bearings in the motor ect ect have no damage and I can just retorque the Gland nut. Bad case scenario is worse than that.... Not a happy camper as this might really screw up my vw summer plans.

Yea its the flywheel. After a little searching on the subject seems that this flywheel is not rated for as much hp as Im putting through it and therefore is ruining the dowel pin holes. CIP1.com is the only vender admitting to this and should be commended. So Need to get a new flywheel and pins.
