First off I wanted to say I am so sorry! I did not know this but Addison broke out in a rash yesterday and over night it developed into full blown hives that are covering her full body. We are not sure if she is allergic to tomatoes or olives or what but they said that her throat was red and did a culture which immediatley came back possitive for Strep! This is rare in babies and I have no idea how she got it but she was/is contagious until she has been on meds for 24 hours so this is a appology and warning that the incubation period is 1-3 days so if your throat aches or you get a fever, you should be checked for strep... My first thought is or was of little aiden who was playing so nicely with Addison so please watch him close I pray that he does not get it!!! Again I am sorry and hope no one gets sick!

The doc seems to think that the hives are from the strep since it is a viral infection.

Thanks Everyone! She has been receiving Benadryl around the clock for the last 24 hours and her hives are getting a little better... She will not be contagious anymore as of 5p.m. tonight. 24 hours of antibiotics! She is resting a lot because of the meds. Art- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, bowl them until able to push a fork through them. Then drain water off poatoes. Add Miracle whip and mustard to desired taste, then bowl like 6-8 eggs and peel and chopp add to the mix, then dice celery and white onion and mix in and refrigerate till chilled. I never use a recipe this is all from just mixing to taste So Hope it works Art and then I added pepper on top for flavor.

Ohhhh, I dunno, Jamie. I'm a recipe kinda guy - has to be very scientific; controlled conditions and all that.

I was married to a seat-of-the-pants dinner-preparer for 28 years and we all know how THAT turned out!!

I'll give it a try tho. BUT I'M KEEPING COPIOUS NOTES!!!

BTW: My throat seems fine; kiss the baby for me.
