highlight of my son's day was sitting in Akija's bus, and he also thinks that he has the coolest name ever. I have no clue how to spell it. lol
My highlight was seeing how the beetle wiring actually looked new from the factory on the 72 Bug.

Mike, Thanks for your photos. Tyler, My full name is Yoshiaki Tsuji. I get many interestingly spelled mail. At the Delton post office, when they can't read or pronounce the name on the letter, they deliver them to me.
My highlight vehicle was Sue's bus. She has an interesting acquisition story. I missed Kenn's THING.

Tyler is 14. He said that he thinks his first car should be a bus. "I bet I would get a lot of girls checking me out".

Hi gang... Here's my acquisition story on the '67 bus. About 7-8 years ago, at the Martin 131 dragway, we had a VW show. A guy from Niles had a Berrien buggy there and also had a little sign stating a '67 bus for sale. I took down the phone number and details and tucked the info away. Two years ago I was looking for another bus to restore and dug through my "scraps of paper" file. Called him and sure enough the bus was still available. We bought it and the rest is history! Ironically, he had several calls after I bought it as to it's availability... Sue (vintagegirl)
