Dad and I are planning on going to the motels on Friday and Saturday night. Any one else want to go / meet us at the Arby's on Cork and Sprinkle. We will be behind the Arby's just look for the yellow Thing.

I will be there on Friday night but on Saturday my wife will join me. I know that you have told me the time before buy my short term memory fails me at times.

Like Steve said we will be there maybe even Thurs evening but for sure Friday and Sat. (weather permitting of course) evenings. we generally go to the show Sat. morning and stay a few hours. Any one else interested just let one of us know I think last yr. it was $20.buck to enter and $5 to park. You can come and go as you please with a hand stamp and your parking pass. It has a great swap meet and you can even find v-dub parts and new parts and pieces galore. Eat before you come as food prices are on the step side. We could even meet for breakfast before hand. Bren, Dustin, AJ are meeting us a least one night. It will be a HOOT later Kenn

Sorry I didn't know where to start this thread at it really doesn't have anything to do with VW's, Well kind of now. The motel is the Best Western on Cork right behind the Arby's. What time do you think Dad 5 pm, 6pm? I just need to know how many cones or chairs to put out to reserve spots.

Anyone wanting to go to the show Sat. lets meet at 7am at Uncle Ernies Pancake House on Portage Rd east side just North of I-94 for breakfast. Then show normal opens at 8am. I'll try to let you know about prices before then. If you go with us to the show I wouldn't drive your v-dubs. Not the best side if Kalamazoo although there will be plenty of folks in and out all day. Ruffuss will be home in the garage. Type at you later Kenn |

I like the idea of going to the show Saturday during the day. I was just talking to John and he is interested too. Maybe we will drive over together in a invisible car for the show then come back for the evening in the real car.

Here is my story after talking to the wife. I will be there in the Ghia on Friday weather prementing. I am planning on driving the Ghia to work on Friday but the problem is that I leave for work at 3:30 pm. If everyone is planning on showing later what am I going to do for the between time.
On Saturday we are going to miss the show but will hang out later with everyone. Next question would it be ok to bring my dog or not? He is a well behaved but curious 30 lbs mutt.
