Hey, we need 4 volunteers to help run the Bug Run, May 2nd.
One to direct traffic.
One to help at the registration booth.
Two to help with the swap set up and directing traffic.
You will receive a FREE event T-shirt for your efforts.
You need to arrive early, before the vendors. Typically you are all done by 10am.
Any questions let me know. Everyone is eligible for this.

Gates open at 7:30 for vendors. I would say we should be there by 7:00 at the latest. Since all the volunteers have done this before we don't need much prep time.

To far for me too Dan ;D I'm pulling out of here at 4am.ish  What's the Weather suppost to be like? Down ther? (I'm in a diff time zone ya'know ;D) all I have is a weather rock up here and it had snow on it last wknd  |
