A little history on this 68 I received this car 20+ yrs ago for helping a cpl. move to Frederic, It was sitting in the backyard I got it home found the car was from Arkansas 8-)Very little rust ;DMice packed the tunnle full of pinecone seeds There still in there only less ;D I needed a car for the wife and she won't drive a stick :-/So I swapped it for a 73 or 74 Duster that ran, and two years ago I got a call from a local kid telling me he scored a cpl. Bugs from Tx??Ya right I when to check them out and there sat My sons first car a 65 Baja and this 68 I thought the 68 looked familiar ask him if it had a Title? "it was still in my name" ;D ;D two weeks later I bought them both,Somebody hacked the back of of the 68 as u noticed but I'm going to attach a quick disconnect apron like on my DragBug,Coup body has a little deck lid, I have'nt made up my mind on a fendered Coup or not "I got to see what it looks like ";D Dan Fenton in Canada has a nice Willys Coup without fenders, I may pick up some fenders a the Show just for $hits&Giggles, just for mock up Madmike

Great project Mike. All the better with the history. Is there any moose-pee damage in the tunnel?

Update,The College Has it about done,I hope they took pix like I ask?? Look WAY different that's for sure I'll pick it up Monday and post some pix,The young man that did the work on it tuned out to be one of the kids from our old Motocross days He rode a KX60 back then,Man, I feel old sometimes ;D ;D

I hope they're gonna slant the B pillars forward to match the roofline when they chop.

now that gasser look would be sweet! put a straight axle under that thing and run fenderless, that would be awesome! run some cut down rear fenders, some old school slotted mags, paint it flat black and make the windows out of yellow plexiglass. ;D ;D sorry, you had me going.
