Ain't knees fun? My right is shot, torn ACL, I have what appears to be a golf ball above my knee cap, doc says that's the detached ligament rolling up! It could be worse, they could discover my mental problems, and my VW addiction! Hope all goes well!

Yea my right one will act up every once in a while. BAck is the major pain though. Make sure you insist on the extended warranty! Dont go for the Chinese replacement crap go for the OE or in a pinch brazilian ones, they are cut to fit but last great

Hey Mike,
I feel for you bud. I just turned 44. I have had 4 scopes, two on each knee.
I can stand pain...."hit me in the head with a hammer and I know that pain will go away"... but chronic knee pain sucks!
I had my left knee replaced 13 months ago, after all other options failed, and d**n what a difference! I wish I had done BOTH at the same time, but my coverage was kinda funky about it at my age... I get the right knee done in the spring and can hardly wait!
My replacement is called "OXINIUM" it is a ceramic joint that is supposed to outlast every other prosthesis on the market.
Other than not being able to put my full weight on it while kneeling, I have recovered completely and would recommend it to anyone who suffers even after everything else fails!!!!
Good luck with you decision. I hope you have great success! email me if you have any questions!
Doug
