you need to think smaller shipping will kill you...like this here are some thing i make drum puller rack clamps& 55-58 bus bumper brackets deck lid props for 1950 to 1955 and buses

Cupholders are almost done being modeled and the first prototype should be finished within a month. They are made from billet aluminum.
Its a modular system. You will be able to get it with just 2 cup holders or configure it how you want. Everything bolts on using the AMPS standard which is nice because may companies make mounts for GPS, iPod, Phones, ect. that all use this standard.
I'm looking into getting them andonized.
Cost is still up in the air, but not too terrible. Considering the $40 or so they charge for the plastic ones, they should be pretty reasonable.
