OK!... Now the Spring Bug Run is in the record book. It may seem early but we need to get the Two July events on the schedule rolling. Advertising? Extra flyers? Volunteers? Contacts? Glen, Rudy do you need help with the South Haven Event? I could use help with contacts, for The German Gathering. As well as other ideas to help this along. Anyone, Everyone?

Ok ya all ! Just got off the phone with Brenda from Gilmores, she is wanting to know a rough guessatmate? of who is coming? Are we still doing a potluck/ weiner burn? Or using the diner? How many cars? people? the double decker bus will be running for a small donation. Do we need to collect addmission before hand? Or take our chances with the normal crowd? Wrist bands? A swap will be OK! with them. They have room for 100 to 150 cars, do we need more room then that? $8. bucks to get into the museum. Nothing more to show up/ show/swap /mingle/ picinic. I have delivered flyers around Kalamazoo and any car show I've been to, hitting all types of German Cars. I've contacted any dealership/ import auto parts store/ repair shop I can think of. Again any and all input, comments, ideas will help. Thanks Kenn

The reason it is not on the Gilmore calendar is we wanted to keep it low key and see how it went. We are set for the 17th of July. As far as who is helping "NOBODY!" I ask for help, ideas, communication and exactly NOTHING! except for you(Aki) I've gotten no response. Should I just throw in the towel/ call it quits??? Call Brenda and cancel? Let me know! Your feelings on the subject.

Kenn, I checked MVVC's club event calender and the all german car show was listed. I believe that they are supporting this show. How about other clubs? I thought Dustin contacted or sent info to other organization. Ken, Please call me at my home, 269-623-5313
One suggestion. Our July GTG should combined with this. Does the Dinner open for lunch on Sat. ?

I think it would be easier to not have the potluck this time around. As we had said before try to keep it simple. We can use the diner or choose to go somewhere afterwards. What is a small donation to have the bus running? I don't know about wristbands whatever they usually do at the gate should be fine.

Even "LOW KEY", we need to post the event schedule so that people can attend.
Dustin, Did you contact other organization?
Kenn, What is the car show time? 10:00 ~3:00PM Lunch at the dinner(open or close on Sat?). Time for visiting the museum during or afterwards. or 3:00 ~ 6:00PM There is ennough time to visit the museum before the show. Diner at somewhere near by restaurant. or All day What are we going to do during the car show? Do you have any idea?
Registration and Sighn up sheet for the mailing list. Designated Photographer- Steve and ?? Club leaders meeting for 30 min~ 1 hr. for the next years event organization. The opinion sheet to get ideas from many attendees (likes and dislikes) for future events

I have sent out emails to local Porsche, VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes Clubs. I forgot to post it on MIVE and will do so now. Its hard to keep track of all the places and people who need to be notified.
Does someone have a digital version of the flyer I can post?
