Bus Depot - bad experiences

Thought I would pass this on. I've placed 3 orders now with Bus Depot and was unhappy with the result each time.

Shipping takes 10+ days each time.

Items were backordered and I didn't find out until the order arrived without it.

I paid a rush ship on a Thursday, order didn't get processed till Friday so they couldn't rush ship it until the next week. So I said forget it and just use normal shipping. 10 days from that point.

This last order didn't show for 10 days, I called to find out why, turns out they supposedly called me because they said I ordered it with rush ship but they didn't know which rush ship. I never received a phone call and specifically remember not selecting any rush ship. So now I have to pay rush ship if I want it in less than 10 days.

Ridiculous. Last time I buy from them.

Don't know what you were looking to buy but Randy Townsend will ship to you also. He is right here in Michigan. Can also try George. I try to buy local now before I go to one of the west coast suppliers.

bus depot is in Penn. they are the US distributor for just kampers in the UK, so everything they sell is in a container somewhere between here & there. if you can wait, they are cheaper, but you have to be willing to wait.

Last two orders I placed with them had missing or incorrect parts.

They lost my business as well...
