OK so in the Volksville shirt thread I mentioned wanting to come up with some new Club shirt designs for variety instead of the same shirt. George mentioned having the Club come up with some ideas to be voted on and the winner getting a free t-shirt when we make a run of them. So I have to come up with some rules on this 1. It must include the website address somewhere www.thegoodvolks.com2. Try to incorporate the Club logo and colors. 3. Start date is now end date is August 30th. 4. Go Nuts! Feel free to come up with more rules or object to the end date. I figure that's plenty of time.  |

I think this is a great idea. I noticed the harsh winters club had many different t-shirt designs. I like that alot.
When I had the script decal done the printer recommended not using "www." and only going with TheGoodVolks.com. Maybe we should continue that pattern.
Another idea is to welcome designs that include only portions of the current logo or even none of it. We might be pleasantly surprised.

I too have been thinking on a design but I am not very good with drawing it on the computer. Will a free hand sketch be acceptable?

I am doing a sketch as well. You should be able to take it to the printer on a disc and they should be able to tweek it to look good.
