I will not be going now. I just sold my car. I will still have it but do not want to risk doing any damage to it. That is usually the case, right when you sell it you take it for that one last drive and you hit something or they hit you.

Dang it, I am thinking this may be a very low turnout. You can still come George even if you don't want to bring your car. I am sad to see it go nobody does Super's. How much did you get for it? Did you take the offer? Do you have a replacement in mind already?

I got close to the asking price. I was happy with this offer compared to the others. I am buying a 1960 from ohio. It is a New Mexico car with no rust, has a 1641, set up for turbo, new wiring, external oil cooler, it is a daily driver but the kid does not have time to drive it or work on it. He had it set up with a 2276 but he pulled that out and left all of the good trans parts. Should be going down in a couple of weeks and dragging it home with a trailer.

Sweet glad you got close to what you wanted for it and sounds like your picking up a nice project.

Change of plans. Guy had to back out of the car. Told me he lost his job today. Looks like I will be there on Sat. I spoke to dave with the red bug in Grand Haven and he said he will be there as well.

Yep, I'll be there unless something unavoidable comes up. I have to say I might also bail if the weather is really bad.

I am not even looking at the weather forecast as it changes every 5 minutes and just look at today called for thunderstorms and it was hot and sunny all day.

Dave, just because you got the car redone does not mean you get to puss out if it rains. You better be there.
