Deal On Volksville Shirts From Samba

I noticed an add looking for distributors of these shirts on The Samba and inquired. Cesar informed me he could give us 30% off an order or I could buy a run of shirts for 50% off. Sounds like an awesome deal to me and these are some pretty cool shirts. The retail is $15 each so we can get them for $10.50.

I'll have to order one when we get another run of shirts in. I am also going to work on some new Club shirt designs but its going to be best to get our own way to print shirts so we do not have to rely on or pay the fees of a print company.

Have a club contest. Have them post the design on the site and we can vote and the winner gets a free shirt. That would be SWEET.

I say for a club shirt design we use the same script that is on the volksville shirt. Put the good volks on the side of the shirt with that script and then the logo on the back. Make the shirts in different colors. Yellow, red, black, and maybe gray or white. Another design would be to see if we could get a drawing of brens hoodride and put that on the front of a shirt and then the club design on the back. But that would make others mad not having their cars on the shirt. I still think the design competition would be a good idea. Maybe have Patrick's wife help with design. It would be cool to see if she could pinstripe a design with the logo in it. Just my 2 cents. If my ideas suck keep your comments to yourself.

That is a great idea George. I actually like the idea with the script but to have this contest we need more than a description of an idea someone needs to draw it out or create it in photoshop or paint or a similar program. Patrick's wife Cori actually designed our Club logo and they came up with the name if I remember right. Its been a while. I had a thought for a shirt as well that would take our logo similar to the current shirts and put it over top of an outline of the state of Michigan. We need a new thread for this.

Agreed, new thread. I will submit some ideas. Lets get the competition rolling. Have a start date, state things that have to be in the design and an end date. Then we have a time period of voting and then we make new shirts.
