Funny, I also carry, .009 dist, extra cap, rotor, points, condenser, coil, wires, idle cut-off, tac/dwell, timing light, oil, oil screens, wires, connectors, fuses, fuel line, tools, beer, etc.....(oh.. beer)... Whew, you'd think we'd expect a breakdown or something! (don't know about you guys, but these are for helping someone else, I NEVER BREAK DOWN!!!) If you see me or Tim on the side of the road......we're probably installing parts! ;D ;D ;D (The beer isn't for those stranded.. silly, it's illegal to drink and drive!) Doug CAN'T WAIT TILL TOMORROW!

A yellow Ghia ( A.J. ) , a blue auto stick ( John H. ), and a slammed blue 67 ( Bren and Marie ) just left my house headed toward Flying J. Be safe drive careful. Keep the shinny side up and greasy side down.

Cool pics. What does the Budweiser truck have to do with it? Could have used one or two about 150 miles into the trip! We found one station near Effingham that had gas at $2.49. Everyone else was at least 30cents higher. Crazy how they can be that different. I hope the $3 gas goes away soon.
