Brian Counts - Going to be driving my dark blue Hyundai. The Squareback is running but is going in the shop since the wheel fell off he other night. My cell # is (269) 788-8700. Might be a good idea to bring along some FRS radios if anyone has them (I have several) to keep in contact during the day.

According to mapquest, says its 1 hr 52 mins from Lansing to the flying J. Lisa is going to try to get out of work early, but if she gets home at her regular time, we will be leaving Lansing at 7:45 am, that puts our ETA at the flying J somewhere closer to 10.
If thats a problem, let me know. We can drive by ourselves.

I will be carrying a set of motorola two way radios, I'll have one set to channel 16 and one set to channel 18, and monitor both during the trip. I find that they are very handy when traveling in a group
Sorry, no CB radio, got tired of the crap on those airways years ago.

Ill bring my walkie talkie set up as well (one for me one for the kid). For the show as well as the drive.
The cells are for when something goes bad. or you get lost and need help out of distance of the walkie talkie. Those are really only good for a mile or so.

I to have a set of walkie talkies. I will grab them if I can find the charger and charge them up. If we can all manage to be on the same channel this will definitely be an interesting drive to Effingham.
