Can anyone recommend a good machine shop? Trying to price out my drums being drilled. Looking to have them drilled to 5x130. If that will not work then I may go with the disc conversion kit for the super. Has anyone ever done this? They say it is as easy as repacking bearing. The ad said they were bolt on kits and I cn have them drilled an any bolt pattern.

The only downside I see to re-drilling drums is, the cast-in braces on the inside. Normally the lug holes are drilled through the thicker bracing, when re-drilled, the holes should be through the the bracing as well. Sorry, I can't recommend anyone locally, but, unless you already have new drums, I would just go with new drums/ rotors already drilled. Then, you have options in case you ever want to go back to stock.

The drums and rotors I would get are the 10 hole pattern. You can run 5x130 or chevy bolt patterns. How hard are they to install? Is it something that cn be figured out or do I have to have someone do it? If some people know then I can have you guys over and we can do it in the garage. I will supply food and beer!! I might have to wait till the end of the month to do this but would love to get it done for funfest.

What kit are you looking at? Link? It should not be hard to install.
