I'm still trying to figure out the best way to go about putting the tube on. The rail has no place to mount it. I will be going to check out a friends set up hopefully this week to see what I canfab up.

Should be a small opening on the torsion housing, driver's side, next to the nosecone. One end of the Bowden tube fits in that hole. The other end is held by a bracket that is bolted to the side of the trans, using two of the bolts that retain the side cover.

Stupid question. ....would a loose axle nut cause it? I'm taking the drums off to re do the brakes and axle seals and one of the nuts was bearly tight.

No a loose axle nut won't cause the problem you have, maybe the loose NUT behind the wheel but not the axle nut. LOL!!!

I need some clarifcation on bowden tubes......is it just a tube the clutch cable runs through? I have some really nice cables at work that I think I can make work. I just have to have a slight bend in it?
