Fall Bug Run is only 1 month away! We should probably start thinking about coordinating the night before gathering. George has offered to donate the hot dogs and buns this year. We will still put out a donation jar for the dogs, profits go to Lukemia/Lymphoma society. Other food will be pot luck / bring a dish to pass. I have to work Saturday, inventory. I can't predict when I will be done and able to get to the track. So, can someone take over coordinating this? Let's have some more discussion here about this. - How do we grow this night before event?
- How do we get the word out to racers and other clubs?
- Last year we did the poker run, this year I suggest we stay put and mingle with people we don't know. thoughts?
I guess I will organize this AGAIN. George is donating the Hot Dogs. What I want to know is what is everyone else bringing? Either post up here or P.m. me. George - Hot Dogs Steven - Grill Kenn - ? Jamie - Potato salad A.J. - pasta salad Art - Soda Bren - ? Patrick / Cori - Cake Any body else? |

Steven, Mom is making something, not sure what though. Give her an idea of what is needed. We have a soccer turny Friday, Saturday(I'll be on the late side to M&G) and Sunday morning(I'll miss the games Sunday).

Hard to tell. I am guessing 75.
We need to make a point of counting attendees this year so we have a estimate for next year.
